Yes! Brand new in 2022 we have a bridal cottage on site! This is the perfect space for the bride and her bridal party to get ready for the big day.
This is a fully functioning space with all the amenities needed, including a makeup bar, kitchenette, and bathroom.

There are numerous campgrounds and Airbnb options within minutes of The Farmhouse Barn!
Our bridal cottage allows our couples the opportunity to stay overnight the evening of the wedding. This is for our couples only.

No, all of our packages include cleaning fees! You are only responsible for the removal of all personal decor from the property (inside and out) and the removal of all trash from trash receptacles (inside and out) at the end of the night.
Our staff will take care of trash throughout your wedding and reception.

We can accommodate 266 guests inside of the barn. Additional room is available outdoors for larger crowds.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your date. The remaining fee is due 90 days before your event.

We do! If you are wanting your pet included in your special day, we just ask for a signed pet contract and that the pet is to be on a leash at all times. The pet must be removed from the property after the ceremony.

Yes! We do require one member of our bartending staff to be present if you are having a rehearsal dinner. There are additional fees for this service.

Yes! The Farmhouse Barn offers a neutral backdrop and we welcome you to use your imagination while decorating the space. We do not allow any nails to be used for securing items to our walls.

Yes, we offer select decor rentals to all of our booked couples. We also love to design and decorate for our couples, to bring their vision to life, and take the added stress away from them so that they can enjoy a more relaxed day.

Yes we do but they must be contained in a glass cylinder, jar containing water, or other container.

Yes, we do require additional event insurance to be purchased by all of our couples. The renting clients must obtain $1,000,000 event liability insurance. We will provide all couples with an affordable option to be secured 1 month prior to your event. Typically this costs less than $150.

Rest assured, we always have a Plan B! There is plenty of space available indoors for both a ceremony and reception in case of inclement weather!

Yes! We welcome all caterers.

We will have the correct number of tables, chairs, and any rental decor inside of the barn for you upon your arrival at check-in. You are welcome to set up as you like. You are not required to tear down any of our tables, chairs, or rented decor indoors.
You are also required to set up your own outdoor chairs/decor as you see fit. If you would like for our staff to set up tables, chairs, decor or tear down outdoor seating, there are additional fees for these services.
